The structure
A royalty based structure.
Capable desks are frequently constrained by capital rather than by strategy. Intelliwealth provides that capital and is compensated through a royalty tied to the strategy, without taking ownership or control of the desk.
The desk continues to operate its strategy within its own regulatory permissions and risk framework. Intelliwealth's involvement is a capital and commercial arrangement, documented in writing and conditional on agreed terms being satisfied.
Eligibility
Eligibility conditions.
These are baseline conditions. Satisfying them does not guarantee capital. Each proposal is assessed on its own merits.
Regulated status
The desk must hold the appropriate regulatory permissions for the activity it carries out, in its own jurisdiction.
A documented strategy
A defined, repeatable strategy with a verifiable operating history, not a concept or a projection.
Risk controls
Clear limits, independent oversight of risk, and the reporting to evidence both on an ongoing basis.
Operational infrastructure
Established execution, custody, reconciliation and back office arrangements in operation.
Transparency
Willingness to complete due diligence and to provide ongoing visibility for the duration of the arrangement.
Agreed terms
Commercial terms, royalty basis and conditions documented and signed before any capital is committed.

Proposal
The desk submits an outline covering the strategy, its regulatory status, and the capital requirement.
Initial review
Intelliwealth assesses fit against its own criteria and responds promptly where a proposal falls outside scope.
Due diligence
Detailed review of the strategy, track record, risk framework, operations and permissions, under mutual confidentiality.
Terms
Commercial terms and the royalty basis are agreed and documented, together with the conditions attached to the arrangement.
Capital
Capital is committed once conditions are satisfied, with ongoing reporting for the life of the arrangement.
